WAVE 3's virtual job exposition can help you get back on your feet. Unemployment stands at just under 10% all across the Commonwealth. With so many people out of work, WAVE 3 is sponsoring an employment exposition Wednesday, September 1 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 830 Phillips Lane. Parking is free. If you can't make it physically to the exposition, there is an online option. The virtual job fair kicks off on Thursday, September 2. Live chats with local employers will be available. "Each of the job seekers, once they log in, they'll be able to look at the chat schedule," said Laura Parke of wave3.com, "and see which employers will be there and what time they'll be able to chat."
