Workforce Central Florida has a virtual job fair through Friday at workforcecentralflorida.com/jobfair on its website. Forty-four employers have "booths" on the site with hundreds of positions available in industries ranging from health care to construction to hospitality. Agency spokeswoman Kimberly Sullivan said applicants should customize their resume for each application they submit. Also, because employers often get hundreds of resumes from such online job fairs, applicants should follow-up with the business several weeks from now. Meanwhile, 21st Century Insurance and Financial Services Inc. will have a job fair 3-7 p.m. Thursday at 640 Century Point in Lake Mary. Full-time call-center positions include some requiring bilingual skills. There are 20 to 25 positions open for sales representatives, with more openings anticipated before the end of the year. The center currently has about 300 employees in sales and service. Sales representatives help generate new auto-insurance policies and are paid from the upper $20,000s to the low $30,000s a year, with monthly performance bonuses.
